The Farm Service Agency (FSA) recently issued its fiscal year 2015 accomplishments report in a document called IMPACTS. It is a summary review of the various programs and initiatives administered by the agency, including simple charts that show how agency funds were spent when serving production agriculture.

Among the selected accomplishments noted were the $5.6 billion in direct and guaranteed loans made to U.S. farmers and ranchers to operate their businesses and acquire new farmland. FSA continued to implement the 2014 Farm Bill during FY 2015, which many observers extol as the best rollout of a farm bill in decades.
